If you suspect that your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately to make corrections before your order is processed.

Orders are shipped within 5–7 days after the payment has fully processed.

If you used an email address during checkout, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that some of our products are fragile. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ethnik Vibes is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and photos of the damage for reference.
